Crime Solvers Seeks Driver In Fatal Hit And Run Crash

Fairfax County Crime Solvers is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of a car that struck and killed a man on Wednesday, February 24. At around 3:30 a.m., police found the body of Efrain Flores-Vasquez, 49, of no fixed address, at Leesburg Pike at I-495.
Detectives believe the striking vehicle was a 1999-2002 beige or silver, four-door, Honda Accord EX. The car should be missing its driver-side, front bumper. Anyone with information on this fatal hit and run, the striking vehicle or the driver, is asked to contact Fairfax County Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS(8477), e-mail at www.fairfaxcrimesolvers.org or text “TIP187″ plus your message to CRIMES(274637). A $1,000 cash reward will be paid for information that leads to an arrest. As always, callers never have to give their names or appear in court.
