Titan fall sports teams are in action this week.

The T.C. volleyball team opened its season with a loss at Chantilly, 3-0 on Monday night. The Titans lost 16-25, 17-25, 19-25. The team opens its home season against Falls Church tonight at 7:15.

Field Hockey is off to a strong start, beating Washington-Lee 1-0 on Tuesday. Junior Sofie Leidolf scored T.C.’s goal. That win improves the Titans’ record to 4-1 after the team defeated Edison, Chantilly, and Oakton in the Westfield Tourney over the weekend. T.C. lost to Thomas Jefferson. Field Hockey returns 10 seniors: Kelsey Donley, Erin Smith, Maeve Bracken, Rebecca Kahn, Morgan Garner, Anjuli DeWalker, Katleyn Clarke, Charlie Digby, Katie Burdett and Emily Leidolf. T.C. hosts Westfield Friday at 7:30.

T.C. golf had a match scheduled at South County on Tuesday, but it was rescheduled due to extreme heat. The golf team also has a match today at Lake Braddock.

The football team hosts Robinson in its season opener this Thursday at 5:30.
