Gallery West Presents: Holiday Small Works And Silent Auction

December 1 – 24, 2010

Reception: Saturday, December 11 from 5 – 8 p.m

Gallery West fills the walls with an eclectic show of small works just in time for holiday gift giving. Open in December from the 1st to the 24th, the display will feature original paintings, sculptures, ceramics, photographs, digital art and jewelry. The concurrent Silent Auction affords art lovers the chance to acquire art at a fraction of its retail value, and pieces can also be purchased on the spot using the gallery’s “Buy It Now” option.

Traditionally, guest artists are invited to display their works along with the members during December, and this year’s notables include monotype artist Judy Clune, jewelry and collage artist Sherry Trachtman. There will be hand painted ornaments and accessories from Susan Vignola, and musician quality handmade gourd drums & rhythm gourds by Christina Creo.
