The victim left his cell phone on the gas pump while pumping gas and it was allegedly stolen. The victim called his phone, which was answered by an unknown subject wanted money for its return. The victim and the suspect met, were about to complete the transaction, when police were seen and the suspect allegedly left the scene and gave the cell phone to the victim.
