Judge Moore Sends James Click Case To Grand Jury

Charges against James Savage Click, arrested for abduction and malicious wounding of two Alexandria women, were certified today to the June term of the Alexandria Circuit Court Grand Jury.

Chief Judge Becky J. Moore of Alexandria General District Court certified the charges after a preliminary hearing.  She also ordered him held without bond until the grand jury hears the cases.

On April 10, at around 5:30 p.m., two Alexandria women were grabbed and dragged into a vacant building in the 2200 block of Mill Road. They were able o escape and call police. Click, 23, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with two counts of abductions and felonious assault the following day. He has been held in the Alexandria Adult Detention Center since his arrest.
