Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert Tracci today released a notice regarding the Commonwealth v. Jesse Matthew. At a hearing on March 2, Matthew will be entering pleas of guilty to resolve both the Hannah Graham and Morgan Harrington abduction and murder cases.
