UPDATE: The Alexandria U15 Boys won the final match 6-5 in overtime to win the 2017 National Championship.

The Alexandria Soccer Association’s U15 Boys Futsal ID team advanced to the finals of the USFF National tournament in San Jose, California. The ASA team won all three of their tightly contested group stage games to advance to the semifinals.
They won their semifinal game 3-2 earlier today against a challenging Futsal Without Borders team from Silicon Valley, California. The Alexandria U15 Boys advanced to the National Championship against Knowens-Pearson. The game was tied 5-5 at the end of regulation forcing overtime. Alexandria scored early in the extra period to take a 6-5 lead and hold on for the win.
