Dr. Monika Hoffarth-Zelloe is a language professor living in Alexandria, VA and she has recently returned from a week-long trip to China. This trip was rewarded to her by the Confucius Institute U.S. Center for the enthusiasm she displayed as a student at the Confucius Institute at George Mason University. Her award-winning story of finding a new home and family at her local CI is inspiring and heartfelt, and I would love to help you share it.

Dr. Hoffarth-Zelloe is an academic and polyglot whose enthusiasm for studying Chinese language and culture has earned her a trip to China and a community of fellow students who share that same love and fascination for global studies.
