City Of Alexandria Releases 2017 Report On Market-Affordable Housing

The Office of Housing has released its 2017 report on the state of market-affordable housing in the City of Alexandria. The 2017 report finds that market-affordable housing, in buildings with ten or more units, has declined by 90% between 2000 and 2017 to just 1,749 units (less than 6% of the city’s overall housing stock).
