The first luncheon meeting of the Optimist Club of Alexandria in the new year took place at the Belle Haven Country Club on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012. At the meeting, the Optimists recognized the academic achievements of two students from the Pathways to Graduation Academy at T. C. Williams High School, Trevon Gray and Kevin Ortiz.
