		<description><![CDATA[The City of Alexandria appealed the April 13, 2012, decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding the Waterfront Small Area Plan to the Alexandria Circuit Court last week, naming the BZA as one of the respondents. City Attorney Jim Banks amended that filing yesterday to say “In re the April 13 decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Alexandria”, removing the BZA as a named respondent in the case.]]></description>
