		<description><![CDATA[After several months of relative quiet, litigation over the Alexandria waterfront returns to center stage when the Virginia Supreme Court, on Thursday, June 6, will hear oral arguments on the appeal by the April Burke, Beth Gibney, and Marie Kux from a March 16, 2012, decision by the Alexandria Circuit Court.  In that decision, the Court ruled that the Alexandria City Council properly voted on Jan. 21, 2012, to approve a waterfront plan and related zoning changes.  The Supreme Court agreed to hear this appeal last October.]]></description>
