Severance Transferred To Arlington County Jail

Alexandria Sheriff Dana Lawhorne recently decided to move Charles Severance to the Arlington jail and Severance's transfer was effective Friday, Sept. 26. Arlington Sheriff Beth Arthur agreed to hold him in their jail as a courtesy to the Alexandria Sheriff's Office.
