Motley Fool Named Best Small And Medium Company To Work For In 2015

For the second consecutive year Alexandria’s Motley Fool has been named the Best Small & Medium Company to Work For in 2015.

In addition to Motley Fool (#1, 4.6 rating) , the other Top 5 winners in Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For in 2015 are Fast Enterprises (#2, 4.6 rating), Evolent Health (#3, 4.6 rating), Intacct Corporation (#4, 4.6 rating), TubeMogul (#5, 4.6 rating).

The 50 Best Places to Work in 2015 are  Google (#1, 4.5 rating), Bain & Company (#2, 4.4 rating), Nestle Purina PetCare (#3, 4.4 rating), F5 Networks (#4, 4.3 rating), Boston Consulting Group (#5, 4.3 rating).

The top five Best Places to Work UK in 2015 are: Google (#1, 4.4 rating), John Lewis (#2, 4.3 rating), Microsoft (#3, 4.1), Accenture (#4, 4.0 rating), Jaguar Land Rover (#5, 4.0 rating).

 Glassdoor, the leading jobs and career community, has announced the winners of its seventh annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work in 2015 across the U.S. and UK. Unlike any other workplace awards, the Employees’ Choice Awards are based solely on input from employees who anonymously and voluntarily provide feedback via the Glassdoorcompany review survey. Glassdoor company reviews include details into employee job satisfaction, work environment, company culture and senior leadership.

The 2015 awards honor companies in three different categories: 50 Best Places to Work – U.S. (recognizing employers with 1,000 or more employees; based on U.S. employee feedback), 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For – U.S. (recognizing employers with fewer than 1,000 employees; based on U.S. employee feedback), and new this year, the 25 Best Places to Work UK (based on UK employee feedback). Winners are ranked according to their overall company rating achieved during the past year (Ratings based on a 5-point scale: 1.0=very dissatisfied, 3.0=OK, 5.0=very satisfied).
