Designed by Niles Bolton & Associates to achieve LEED Silver Certification, Brandywine Living at Alexandria will consist of 116 luxury suites that are situated above ground-floor retail. The senior living community will feature two levels of below-grade parking, interior and exterior courtyards, a therapy pool and gym, beauty salon, movie theater, pub, outdoor patios, private dining rooms and many other building amenities designed to enhance the quality of the resident experience.

The project broke ground March 2016 and is expected to be completed in December 2017.
